We all know that Prosecco is a tasty tipple served on its own,
but did you know that Northern Italy’s famous sparkling wine
also makes a great ingredient for cocktails?
Simple Prosecco Serves
1 Strawberry Rossini 7 Sloe Gin Royale
Prosecco 25ml Sloe Gin,
50ml Prosecco, 150ml Prosecco.
1 tablespoon Caster Sugar, For extra sparkle
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice, add edible glitter.
4 x fresh Strawberries.
Use frozen Strawberries and add
ice to create a frozen Strawberry 8 Silician Spritz
Rossini Prosecco. 50ml Sicilian Lemon Gin,
50ml Tonic Water,
25ml Prosecco.
2 Aperol Spritz Swap to a Blood Orange Gin to
75ml Prosecco, create a Blood Orange Spiritz.
50ml Aperol, 25ml Soda.

25ml Prosecco.

4 Chambord Royale Pronounced 'spal-yacht-oh'
15ml Chambord, which in Italian means 'mistake.
25ml Tonic,
100ml Prosecco.
The ideal pre-dinner drink.
5 Peach Bellini
100ml Prosecco,
30ml Peach Puree.
Replace Peach Puree
with Raspberry Puree to
create a Raspberry Bellini.
6 Elderflower Gin Fizz
100ml Prosecco,
25ml Elderflower Gin Liqueur.
