Preparation and Usage
To be consumed only after baking
Instructions for preparation:
In the oven: Pre-heat the fan oven to 170°C. Place the croissants still frozen on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving space between the croissants for leavening during baking.
1 Place the tray on the middle 00 shelf of the oven.
2 Bake for 20-24 minutes depending on the desired golden-brown level.
In the air fryer:
For a faster preparation, you can cook your croissants in the air fryer for 16-18 minutes at 170°C, without preheating.
3 After cooking, let the croissants cool down before enjoying them.
Storage
Once defrosted, the product cannot be frozen again.
Keep frozen (-18°C).
