Westlers Hot Dogs are pre-cooked so no refrigeration is required prior to opening. Cooking appliances vary. There instructions are given as a guide. This product must be heated gently to serve hot and must reach a minimum core temperature of 63° C.
Suitable for : Rollergrill, Heat on hob, Steamer/Bain Marie, Microwave

Serving Suggestion
Westlers Hot Dogs are best served hot in a warm, top sliced Hot Dog roll, with onions, ketchup or mustard. Alternatively, try serving with a variety of toppings such as hot cheese, jalapenos or chilli con carne to broaden the appeal of your Hot Dog offer and boost your profits.

Storage

Unopened: Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened: Transfer contents into a suitable covered container, keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours.
