Preparation and Usage

To make the gravy, mix the powder into the cold water to make a paste, then whisk into the boiling water. Alternatively mix the powder with the complete amount of water and bring to the boil, whisking frequently.

Storage

Store in a cool dry place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep tub closed after part use.
Once made up, the gravy is bain marie stable. Any gravy left over following service should be disposed of.
